The programme,in one place
You own the audit programme and answer for it at management review. Orisynx keeps the plan, the findings, the corrective actions and the reports together, so the state of the programme is never a guess.

A programme you can explain
Clause 9.2 expects an audit programme that reflects the importance of each process and the results of earlier audits. Plan by department, site and standard, and give each audit a priority and a risk level.
Track every planned audit from tentative to scheduled to confirmed. When priorities change, mark audits as moved or cancelled rather than losing the history.
| Audit | Standard | Date | Status |

Know what is open and overdue
Analytics for the year show audits and completed audits, open findings, open and overdue actions and tasks, and audits by type per month.
Each person’s open, completed and overdue work is listed, so you can see where actions are stuck and talk to the right person before the review, not during it.

Reports for management review
Management review typically asks for audit results, nonconformities and the status of corrective actions. Orisynx has three report types that cover them: audit summary, finding trend and remediation status.
Audit history exports to CSV when you need the raw data.

A record of who did what
Roles carry permissions, and the server checks them on every request. Groups organize people, and new users are invited by email and set their own password.
The activity log records who changed what, and when, so a question from an auditor about a closed action or a changed date can be answered from the record.

Quality managers: questions
Does Orisynx run our management review?
No. It gives you the inputs about audits and corrective action: audit summary, finding trend and remediation status reports, plus analytics for the year. The review itself, and its decisions, remain with top management.
Can we move last year’s programme across?
Yes. Import it from .xlsx or .csv. Every row is validated first, and errors are reported by row and cell before anything is created.
Can we control who can change the programme?
Yes. Roles carry permissions, the server checks them on every request, and every change is written to the activity log.
