Findings thatactually close.
Orisynx, short for Oversight Sync, is audit management software for organisations across Nigeria that run ISO management systems. It keeps the audit programme, the findings and the evidence in one place, so the record holds up when someone asks to see it.
The name
OrisynxmeansOversight Sync
Oversight is the work of a quality, HSE or audit team: planning the programme, checking the evidence, reviewing what was found and approving what gets closed. Sync is what that work has usually lacked, with each piece kept in a different file, inbox or chat.
The name describes what the platform is for: keeping audit planning, evidence, reviews, approvals, reports, findings and corrective actions in sync, in one governed workspace. Governed means every change belongs to a named person acting within their role. Findings and actions close only through the people allowed to approve them, and the history shows who did what, and when.

Audit work is scattered
In many organisations the audit programme lives in a spreadsheet that one person maintains. Checklists are copied from last year’s file. Findings go out by email, and follow-up happens in WhatsApp groups and corridor conversations. Each piece works well enough on its own. The trouble starts when someone needs the whole picture: which audits slipped this quarter, which findings are still open, and what evidence shows a corrective action actually worked.
Orisynx exists to replace that patchwork with one shared record. Audits, findings, corrective actions and evidence are kept together, and every change is logged with who made it and when.
One organisation, many sites
Plenty of Nigerian organisations run operations in more than one state: a head office in one city, and plants, depots or branches in others. Each site has its own people and its own audit calendar, and the quality or HSE manager is expected to know how all of them are doing.
In Orisynx, every planned audit belongs to a department or site. Progress is shown per department, covering what is planned, scheduled, confirmed and overdue, and overdue work appears on a shared calendar instead of being found out at management review. If your programme already lives in a spreadsheet, import it from .xlsx or .csv: every row is checked before anything is created.
Everyone asks for proof
A management system is judged on its records. Certification bodies, including the Standards Organisation of Nigeria’s own management systems certification department, audit against standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Large customers ask their suppliers for the same evidence; in oil and gas, a prequalification can ask for a valid ISO 9001 certificate and evidence of an HSSE management system. Organisations that hold personal data have their own obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Orisynx does not certify anyone and cannot guarantee a certificate. What it does is keep the record in a state you can show: every checklist answer recorded as in order or as an exception, and files, links and notes attached as evidence where the work happened.
Findings that never close
The hardest part of an audit programme is not the audit. It is what happens afterwards. A finding is raised, an action is agreed, and months later nobody is sure whether it was done, or whether it worked.
Orisynx is built around closing that loop. The person responsible for a corrective action accepts it, or disputes it with a reason, before work can start. Every action passes through verification before it can close, and its effectiveness is recorded, so the next auditor can see whether the fix held. People get in-app notifications as work is assigned, and a daily email digest of what is overdue, what is due soon and what is waiting on them.
Built for teams across Nigeria
Orisynx is for quality, HSE and information-security teams in manufacturing, oil and gas services, financial services, construction and the public sector: teams that answer to certification bodies, customers and regulators, often all in the same year.
It does not try to be everything. There are no pre-loaded ISO checklists; you build templates around the standards you work to. Each organisation’s workspace is backed by its own database, and roles and permissions are checked on every request.
What we hold to
Records you can show
Every audit, finding and action keeps its evidence and its history. When an auditor or customer asks, the answer is already written down.
Built for the people who fix things
Action owners accept or dispute the work, see their own tasks and due dates, and get one daily email instead of a dozen reminders.
Closed means verified
An action can’t close without passing through verification, and its effectiveness is recorded, so a closed finding means something.
Start from what you have
Bring your existing programme in from a spreadsheet. Orisynx checks every row before anything is created.
One record across sites
Head office and every site work from the same programme, so progress and overdue work are visible without anyone asking for an update.
See it with your own audits
Bring an audit you have already run. We will walk it through Orisynx with you, from the plan to the last closed corrective action.
